Injinji is proud of the quality and performance of our socks to help make the journey of life more comfortable. Socks covered under our limited warranty will be replaced at the discretion of Injinji for its practical lifespan. While Injinji products are designed and crafted for long life and durability, over time products will fade and deteriorate which can indicate that it may be time to replace the product.
Injinji socks have a limited warranty period for one year from date of purchase. The limited warranty does not include the following: Damages caused by accident or negligence; Failure to follow care instructions; Damage caused by rips, cuts or tears; Burns or abrasions; Normal wear and tear; Cosmetic damage including discoloration and natural fading of colors; Any damages arising after the warranty period. In order to be eligible for a warranty claim, the products must have been purchased from Injinji.com or an authorized dealer within the warranty period. All warranty claims must show a receipt including date of purchase.
If Injinji decides that your warranty claim is valid, Injinji will contact you and replace the product with the same model product, or a comparable product should your product be unavailable. Allow up to 5-7 business days for your claim to be looked at and verified. Replacements that are shipped out are not eligible for a warranty.

Please note that replacements take up to 1 week to be reviewed and may take up to 2-3 weeks to be shipped and delivered to you. If the claim is successful, we will automatically mail out the replacement to the address noted on the warranty form. Tracking numbers are not sent out unless requested.
