Shipping Deadlines 2025

To receive an order before 12/25, please follow these ordering deadlines:

If you wish to ship using our Economy option, order by 12/15. If you wish to ship using our Premium expedited shipping option, order by 12/17.

All orders placed after 12/17 will be shipped as soon as possible; however Injinji can no longer confirm they will arrive before the holidays.

The dates provided above are suggested by our shipping partners' recommended last shipping days. Once your items leave our warehouse, the responsibility shifts to the shipping carrier. Please contact FedEx or USPS directly for inquiries about tracking, delivery or related issues. Be sure to check your email for your tracking number. Unforeseen factors beyond Injinjis' control, such as strikes or adverse winter weather conditions, may cause delays in your order's delivery.

Holiday Returns

Please note: We accept returns and exchanges on unworn socks in the original packaging purchased within the last 60 days. No exchanges can be made on final sale items. Injinji will only assume shipping charges on returned products that are defective in craftsmanship or the result of a shipping error. Once the socks have been received in our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping and handling.

Injinji Holiday Closure

The Injinji office and fulfillment center will be open for half days on Dec 24 and 31. They will be closed on Dec 25 and 26 as well as January 1 and 2 to give our staff time to rest and enjoy the holidays. Any orders placed during these times, will be fulfilled on the next working day.
