Where do you live and train?
I live in Tucson, Arizona and train on both roads and trails

I enjoy running everyday so each day is ideal for me.

What type of races do you prefer (i.e. trail ultras)?
I prefer challenging courses from 10 kilometers to 50 miles.
How did you hear or find out about Injinji tetratsoks ?
When Injinji first started advertising I contacted Randuz Romay at Injinji, and we have been working together ever since.
How long have you been wearing the tetratsoks?
Over 2 years
Your personal tetratsok of choice?
I have found that all of the tetratsoks that I have worn have been incredible.
How do the tsoks work for you, and what do you like best about them?
The tetratsoks work for me because I do not have to worry about foot problems. What I like the best is the thickness of the tetratsok and allowing my foot to breathe.
How have the tetratsok changed your experience training and competing?
I can depend on the tetratsok to perform and not have any foot issues during training or racing.
Do you have a memorable experience or story about using the tetratsoks for training or competing? If so, please share it..
The most memorable experiences I have to tell is that after training and racing I have taken my shoes off to show other runners the tetratsoks and talk about how much I like them.
What would you most like to accomplish athletically presently and/or long-term?
To keep my consecutive running days streak going.

To enjoy each and everyday to its fullest
What inspires you to reach for more in your sport and in your life?
The struggle my wife went through fighting Cancer.

Pastas and Mexican Food.
Favorite post race meal?
Steak and Potatoes.
Other hobbies or interests that you like to spend your time doing?
Going antiquing and playing softball.
Advice you would give to someone just starting out running or cycling, or in a new sport in general ?
Enjoy what you are doing and try not to do to much to quickly.
Best advice you have ever received from a fellow athlete, or non-athlete?
Have fun with whatever you are doing and give 110%.
Personal hero or role model?
My wife who fought a courageous battle and told me to keep running.
