The Injinji kitchen has become a hub of staff bonding, meal prep, and sharing of epic recipes. The most recent trend in Injinji culinary delights? Juicing, of course! Juicing is a great way to get your daily allotment of fruits and veggies in. The nutrients are absorbed easily into the body, and one cup of juice to start the day will have you buzzing (naturally) all morning long. Drinking raw veggies helps your digestive system function more efficiently overall. In fact, juicing has been linked to lowering blood pressure and alleviating both skin diseases and immune disorders.

One major benefit of extracting juice yourself is cutting out the added sugar and preservatives often added to store-bought products. An added bonus of home juicing: it gives you ultimate creative freedom to mix up your favorite flavors and ingredients! We’ve experimented with dozens of recipes and have included a few of our all-time staff favorites to share. Feel free to adjust the proportions to suit your taste, or add a little extra apple or orange to sweeten things up.

Green Gulp
2 cups Kale
2 Cucumbers
2 Apples
1 Broccoli Floret
½ thumb Ginger

Orange Power Up
2 Oranges
2 Carrots
1 Beet

Garden Blend
3 Stalks Celery
2 Stalks Asparagus
1 Tomato
1 Handful Spinach

Berry Delicious
2 Apples
1 Handful Blackberies
6 Strawberries
1 Carrot

Happy Juicing!
